According to Chanchlani, his mother, who earlier preferred activities like Zumba, was gradually introduced to weight training after he encouraged her to join him at the gym. He explained that she initially started with very light weights, focusing on posture, technique, and controlled progression before advancing to more challenging strength exercises.

He shared that within a short span of consistent training, his mother became comfortable with deadlifts and other compound movements, eventually achieving the ability to lift significantly heavier weights than beginners typically attempt.
