IIE Digital Desk : Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a resolute message to Pakistan, asserting that Operation Sindoor is not a concluded mission but a strategic shift in India's approach to cross-border terrorism. The speech, his first since the launch of the operation, underscored India's unwavering commitment to national security and its readiness to respond decisively to any threats emanating from across the border.

"Operation Sindoor is not over," PM Modi declared, emphasizing that the recent military actions were a direct response to the Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed the lives of 26 civilians, predominantly Hindu tourists. He highlighted that the operation targeted key terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), including camps of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed .

The Prime Minister revealed that over 100 terrorists were eliminated during the precision strikes, which also resulted in significant damage to Pakistan's military capabilities. Notably, India's armed forces successfully neutralized a Pakistani Mirage fighter jet, showcasing the effectiveness of the operation .
