IIE DIGITAL DESK ; Riyadh, May 8 : Al Nassr continued their dominant run in the Saudi Pro League with a commanding 4-2 victory over Al Shabab on Thursday, a match highlighted by a brilliant hat-trick from João Félix and a landmark goal from Cristiano Ronaldo, marking his 100th goal in the Saudi league.

The Portuguese superstar added another historic milestone to his illustrious career by reaching 100 goals in the Saudi Pro League, taking his overall career tally to an extraordinary 971 goals. The goal also marked his 26th league goal of the current season, underlining his continued influence at the highest level despite his long career.

João Félix stole the spotlight with a clinical hat-trick, playing a crucial role in securing all three points for Al Nassr. The attacking duo’s performance ensured that the Riyadh-based club maintained its position at the top of the league table with 82 points from 32 matches.

With this victory, Al Nassr have opened up a five-point lead over second-placed Al Hilal, although their rivals still have a game in hand.
