IIE DIGITAL DESK : Smartphone maker Vivo has unveiled the Vivo V70 FE as the latest addition to its V70 lineup, launching the device in Indonesia with high‑end features and cutting‑edge specs. 

The Vivo V70 FE sports a large 6.83‑inch 1.5 K Q10+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and peak brightness that supports vivid visuals and smooth scrolling. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, and the phone carries IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance ratings for added durability. 

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7360‑Turbo chipset built on a 4 nm process, paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Connectivity includes 5G, dual‑band Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS support, and an in‑display fingerprint sensor for security.

Photography is a key highlight, with a dual rear camera setup led by a 200 MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. On the front, a 32 MP selfie camera handles video calls and self‑portraits. 

A standout feature of the V70 FE is its massive 7,000 mAh battery, which supports 90 W wired fast charging to keep the device powered throughout a busy day. The phone measures 163.7 × 76.2 × 7.59 mm, weighs around 200 g, and comes in Blue, Light Purple, and Silver colour options.

Terms of pricing in Indonesia, the base 8 GB + 256 GB variant is priced at IDR 64,99,000 (roughly ₹35,000), the 12 GB + 256 GB option is around IDR 71,99,000 (about ₹39,000), and the 8 GB + 512 GB model is priced at IDR 73,99,900 (approximately ₹40,000). It is currently being sold via Vivo’s online store in the country.

Overall, the Vivo V70 FE aims to attract users with its long‑lasting battery, high‑resolution camera, and large display, making it a compelling choice in the mid‑range 5G smartphone segment.
