MLA Rama Prasad Giri Visits Belda Super Specialty Hospital
IIE DIGITAL DESK ; Midnapore, May 25: Rama Prasad Giri, the Bharatiya Janata Party (Bharatiya Janata Party) MLA from the Narayangarh Assembly constituency in West Midnapore district, visited the Belda Super Specialty Hospital located under Narayangarh block on Monday. During the visit, he inspected various departments of the hospital and reviewed the overall condition of healthcare services being provided there.
The inspection, several senior officials were present, including District Health Officer Soumya Shankar Sarangi, Narayangarh Block Health Officer Somanath Mandal, Kharagpur Sub-Divisional Officer Jyoti Ghosh, Belda Police Station Officer-in-Charge Nilendu Das, and Narayangarh Police Station OC Timir Let, along with other officials from the administration and health department.
The MLA reviewed hospital infrastructure, medical services, and facilities provided to patients. He also held discussions with concerned officials, emphasizing the need to improve healthcare delivery and ensure better medical services reach the general public.
The importance of strengthening healthcare systems in rural and semi-urban areas and called for necessary steps to enhance patient care and hospital infrastructure. The inspection highlighted ongoing efforts to assess and improve public health services in the region.
