CID Team Visits Abhishek Banerjee’s Residence Amid Signature Forgery Probe
IIE DIGITAL DESK ; Kolkata, May 30: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrived at the residence of Trinamool Congress national general secretary and MP Abhishek Banerjee on Saturday afternoon, marking a significant development in an ongoing investigation.
The CID officials visited Banerjee’s residence “Shantiniketan” on Harish Mukherjee Road in Kolkata in connection with the much-discussed “signature forgery” case linked to the state legislative assembly.
