The religious event was conducted with solemnity, discipline, and communal harmony, drawing participation from a large number of members of the Muslim community as well as local residents who gathered to witness the traditional observance.

The procession began from the historic Salami Badshah Mosque in Arambagh and passed through Link Road and several major thoroughfares across the town. The elaborately decorated Tazias became the centre of attraction as participants carried them through the streets while observing the religious customs associated with Muharram. The procession reflected the deep spiritual significance of the occasion, commemorating the sacrifice and martyrdom of Imam Hussain and conveying the timeless message of courage, faith, and self-sacrifice.
