After nearly a month of fasting, prayers, and spiritual reflection, people from all walks of life came together to embrace the spirit of unity, gratitude, and celebration.
The day began with special morning prayers offered at mosques across the country, where thousands of devotees gathered in large numbers. In New Delhi, a massive congregation of worshippers assembled at the historic Jama Masjid, offering Eid prayers in an atmosphere filled with devotion and harmony. Following the prayers, people warmly embraced one another, exchanging greetings and wishes, reflecting the true essence of the festival.
Similar festive spirit was witnessed in Mumbai, where devotees gathered at the renowned Mahim Mosque to offer prayers on the occasion of Eid. The streets around mosques were filled with cheerful crowds, as families, friends, and neighbors came together to celebrate.
The celebrations extended beyond major metropolitan cities to various parts of the country, including Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal, where Eid was observed with traditional fervor and deep religious significance. From children to elders, people enthusiastically participated in the festivities, dressed in new clothes and sharing sweets and festive meals.
